the room was new-fashioned & beautiful with balcony, snacks, for instance. location: the hotel was not far from san giovanni or bellagio, the como lake and the midway lakeside beach and free carpark on the outskirts of the main town. again, it was 15 mins drive from la perla del lago.

The hotel is quite far from the center of Bellagio. We struggled with our luggage and had to walk considerable distances to reach public transportation.

Location is far from the center, with unreliable public transport. A car is a must!!! Prepare for steep walks that can be exhausting, especially at night. Managing luggage here will test your endurance!!!

The room was spacious and impeccably clean, with a great shower. The breakfast was a highlight, with freshly made scrambled eggs and delicious croissants. Sissi, the owner, was very attentive, always available to chat and offer great restaurant suggestions via whatsapp. The location is pretty convenient too, not far from the lake.
